What you'll do

• Represent clients in transportation-related incidents
• provide legal counsel and defense strategies
• investigate accidents, analyze evidence, assess liability, and develop case strategies
• represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings
• conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• manage case files and records.
