Job overview

The Retail Lead Generator role is onsite at retail partner locations across the Mansfield/Waxahachie territory in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with travel between stores and to the Southlake office for meetings. Starting pay is $20 per hour plus commission; top performers can earn approximately $25–$30 per hour including performance-based incentives. Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical serves North Texas homeowners with home-comfort services. The lead generator engages retail customers, identifies HVAC and home-comfort needs, and schedules appointments for service and sales teams. The role helps create qualified opportunities while representing Berkeys and its retail partners professionally.

What you'll do

• Greet and engage customers at assigned retail locations
• discuss HVAC and home-comfort needs
• explain services, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and promotions
• identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
• schedule appointments
• enter customer and appointment information
• maintain displays and promotional materials
• build relationships with store associates and managers
• attend meetings and training
• communicate store activity and operational needs
• follow company and retail-partner policies.
