It also helps the branch team with stocking, receiving, shipping, and showroom upkeep so customers can obtain electrical products efficiently.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with purchases, orders, and returns
• support counter sales and develop customer relationships
• maintain product knowledge
• report safety or customer-satisfaction concerns to the manager
• restock and maintain an organized showroom and counter. May assist with other branch functions, including inside sales, order preparation, receiving, stocking, staging, shipping, and equipment maintenance. May make deliveries up to 20% of the time.

Why this role
