What you'll do

• Assist management with performance and leadership coaching, investigations, and organizational structure
• support company policies, collective bargaining agreement administration, discipline, grievances, interviewing, orientation, training, employee records, and employee HR issues
• work with site leaders and HR teams
• support leadership development and compliance training
• maintain confidentiality and safety focus.
