What you'll do

• Monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules
• respond appropriately to water-related emergencies
• conduct pool chemical checks and basic adjustments
• maintain pool-deck and equipment cleanliness and report issues
• set up and store aquatic equipment
• attend required training and meetings
• promote an inclusive environment and support YMCA programs.

Why this role
