What you'll do

• Research service-delivery challenges and potential approaches
• map workflows and develop problem statements, use cases, requirements, and success measures
• support pilot planning, testing, and closeout
• coordinate with vendors and partners
• conduct user research and structured testing
• support participant onboarding and training
• collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative information
• develop field resources and adoption guidance
• maintain project workplans and records
• document results, risks, and lessons.
