HR Technology Transformation Manager

The HR Technology Transformation Manager is an onsite role based in Jessup, MD, with a salary range of $124,500–$213,300 per year. This position supports the Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. global HR department by leading the modernization of people technology and data architecture. This role exists to define and execute a global People Technology strategy, transitioning the organization from basic HRIS support to a scalable, AI-enabled ecosystem. The manager acts as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and improve the employee experience.

What you'll do

• Define and lead the multi-year People Technology vision and roadmap
• implement BAC People Strategy initiatives
• drive end-to-end modernization of HR technology, processes, and data architecture
• own the portfolio of people-related technologies including HRIS and talent systems
• partner with IT/Business Systems to ensure architectural alignment
• lead HR tech projects from concept through implementation
• manage vendors and external partners
• drive adoption of new systems and digital ways of working
• provide guidance to HRIS and people technology resources.
