What you'll do

• Greet patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with intake and triage as assigned
• document patient information in the electronic health record
• assist providers and nurses with procedures within scope
• perform tasks such as EKGs, splinting, wound care support, and specimen collection
• observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN
• clean, restock, and maintain exam rooms, stretchers, and equipment
• support patient flow and department operations
• assist with registration, documentation, and scanning
• follow infection control and safety standards
• may assist with EMS response or patient transport as competency allows.

Why this role
