Marketing Representative

The representative promotes and sells restoration services in an assigned territory, develops customer relationships, and follows opportunities through estimates and job completion. The role contributes to sales goals and helps customers receive responsive service during property emergencies.

What you'll do

• Promote and sell franchise services in the assigned territory
• identify prospects and follow up with customers
• build relationships and educate customers about restoration services
• provide pretesting, service scopes, and job estimates
• monitor assigned jobs and follow up on customer needs
• maintain a top-25 client list
• support lunch-and-learns and continuing education courses
• develop sales knowledge of production and estimating
• promote safety and brand guidelines.
