Job overview

The Project Executive, Mission Critical role reports to Sargent Electric’s project site in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The work is onsite and includes executive presence at project sites and with clients. Compensation is not specified. The executive provides strategic oversight from preconstruction through closeout, leading project delivery, safety, financial performance, contractual compliance, client relationships, and risk management. The role also develops project leadership teams and supports business development and continuous improvement across assigned programs.

What you'll do

• Champion jobsite safety
• provide executive oversight for mission-critical electrical construction
• lead delivery through preconstruction, planning, construction, commissioning support, and closeout
• manage contracts, client relationships, cross-functional teams, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and project risks
• support proposals and client presentations
• and promote improved construction tools and workflows.
