What you'll do

• Ensure engineering controls are in place for safe facility operations and regulatory compliance.
• Identify causes for facility downtime and evaluate remediation.
• Perform regular surveillance of facilities.
• Assess root causes and formulate plans to address them.
• Participate in or lead incident investigations.
• Identify causes of facility flaring/venting.
• Develop relationships with Operations stakeholders.
• Liaison with regulatory and compliance teams.
• Steward facilities additions and modifications.
• Document changes via Management of Change process.
• Evaluate risks associated with process changes.
• Maintain updated facility critical drawings.
• Project management of facility upgrade projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize facility operation.
• Develop and justify capital spend.
• Execute projects from FEED to Operations handover.
