Patient Relations Specialist

What you'll do

• Orient new patients to facility policies, staff, and programs
• welcome patients and families
• help patients navigate facility resources
• investigate and address concerns with relevant teams
• support group attendance and patient needs
• assist case management with legal obligations
• collaborate with clinical staff on treatment goals
• and assist with observation rounds, searches, intakes, and discharges as needed.
