What you'll do

• Build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain workflows using Power Automate, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, and related tools. Support AI-enabled workflows, document automation, intake, approvals, and task routing
• document workflow logic and testing
• participate in attorney-facing testing and explain functionality to nontechnical users. Assist with pilots, proofs of concept, rollout, and post-launch support
• own assigned tasks through implementation and monitor production workflows.
