Customer Service Representative — Warehouse Operations

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite at Nordica Warehouses’ Foundation Park location in Sioux Falls, SD. Pay is $17–$18 per hour depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Nordica is a third-party warehouse storing products for clients across different industries. The representative processes customer orders and supports efficient movement of shipments through the warehouse. The role coordinates with customers, drivers, and warehouse operators, maintains inventory records, and schedules dock appointments to help orders move accurately and on time.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer orders and inquiries by phone and email
• process orders to customer specifications
