IT Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Guide and supervise the IT operations team
• coach and develop staff
• work with the Head of IT on organizational goals
• identify and implement technology and process improvements
• manage IT and business process projects
• support BCI Securities projects
• purchase hardware and software
• coordinate third-party providers and business continuity testing
• oversee network infrastructure, workstations, operating systems, and help desk platform
• manage patch and vulnerability programs
• administer enterprise applications and directory services
• analyze server and workstation logs
• respond to requests and complaints
• travel as required.
