What you'll do

• Train, guide, and support Studio Leads
• perform studio lead duties including managing Mindbody and AXLE, answering phones and emails, processing sales, and opening and closing
• address client questions and feedback
• welcome new clients
• support local marketing and brand awareness
• participate in 3–4 local events or tabling activities monthly
• review Net Promoter Scores and respond to detractor feedback
• teach an average of 8–10 classes weekly.
