What you'll do

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets for Mac and Windows devices, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, application access, and Wi-Fi
• provide executive support
• manage onboarding and offboarding
• administer devices in Iru
• support endpoint security tools and escalate incidents
• maintain conference rooms and AV
• track hardware and software licenses
• manage e-waste
• escalate complex issues
• test rollouts and automate tasks with IT engineers
• maintain IT documentation.
