What you'll do

• Provide B2B CARE department operations and business-planning support
• track project status and documentation
• collaborate across departments to support B2B customer satisfaction
• develop dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• prepare reporting for senior leadership and Global HQ
• improve B2B service processes
• support team targets
• assist with inventory management and parts-demand forecasting
• provide day-to-day operational support.
