By managing staff, budgets, compliance, and resident relationships, the manager supports effective operations and community performance.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations and resident lifecycle management
• address resident concerns, maintenance issues, and community events
• recruit, coach, and develop staff
• manage budgets, collections, expenses, capital projects, and financial reporting
• develop marketing and leasing strategies
• monitor market trends and conduct market surveys and property shops
• ensure Fair Housing and company-policy compliance.
