The One-to-One In-Home Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Alexandria, VA, with a schedule of Monday–Wednesday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Guardian Residential Services provides one-on-one in-home support services. The role supports an individual’s daily living activities, personal goals, and independence at home through practical assistance, companionship, meaningful activities, and accurate service documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized support in the person’s home
• assist with daily living activities and personal goals
• support meal preparation, household tasks, and organization
• provide companionship and engage in activities
• maintain a safe and respectful environment
• complete service notes and documentation accurately and on time.
