What you'll do

• Communicate order tickets and menu items to cooking staff
• check food quality, plate temperature, garnishes, and order accuracy
• ensure food leaving the kitchen has a written ticket
• store tickets, complete required forms, maintain equipment and work area, follow product rotation, and label and date products.
