The Extruder Machine Operator, Rotating Schedule role is an onsite, full-time position in San Marcos, TX, on rotating 12-hour shifts: 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m., with alternating weekly workdays. Compensation is $26 to $28 per hour, with stated shift differentials. The role supports a manufacturing company’s extrusion production process. The operator sets up and runs extrusion machinery, monitors and adjusts production settings, inspects product quality, troubleshoots equipment, maintains production records, follows safety procedures, and works with the production team to meet goals and improve processes.

• Select and install dies and calibrate machine settings
