The Controller leads accounting, cash flow, construction project reporting, systems, payroll, and human resources while advising company leadership. The role strengthens financial performance and operational efficiency through accurate job costing, project accounting, process oversight, and development of the accounting and administrative team.

What you'll do

• Lead accounting operations, including the general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, and tax coordination
• prepare monthly financial statements, job-costing reports, and variance analyses. Manage cash flow, working capital, capital expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, banking relationships, and financing needs. Review work-in-progress schedules and oversee job costing, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, and project reporting. Oversee IT operations and Foundation Software initiatives
• manage weekly payroll and compliance
• lead HR functions
• mentor the accounting and administrative team and support AP/AR workflows as needed.
