Aftercare Supervisor

What you'll do

• Plan and supervise the daily aftercare program
• ensure student safety and supervision
• train, schedule, and supervise staff and substitutes
• maintain attendance and sign-in/sign-out records
• communicate with parents
• address behavior using positive discipline
• comply with school and childcare regulations
• maintain the program environment and supplies
• monitor the budget as assigned
• coordinate emergency procedures.

Why this role
