What you'll do

• Provide in-depth technical expertise for engineering analysis and programs.
• Consult on equipment and system problems as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor other engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of engineering work, including configuration management and adherence to design criteria.
• Perform independent research and recommend improvements to performance, construction, and cost-efficiency.
