Activities Assistant

The Activities Assistant role is onsite at the Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA. It is a part-time position with three shifts per week, scheduled 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., including every other weekend. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports recreational and social programming at a skilled nursing facility. The assistant helps plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with residents’ assessments and care plans, supporting recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual engagement.

• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with resident assessments and care plans and supervisor direction.
