What you'll do

• Support event inquiries and leads
• respond to clients
• assist with proposals, menus, pricing, venue recommendations, site visits, and tours as assigned
• follow up on leads and event details
• gather client preferences and requirements
• prepare and update proposals, contracts, BEOs, and event summaries
• track deposits and deadlines
• communicate event details to restaurant, culinary, service, and hotel teams
• maintain TripleSeat and CRM records
• assist with event execution and client follow-up.
