Fulfillment Team Associate

The Fulfillment Team Associate role is onsite in East Greenwich, RI, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. Pat’s Pastured is a Rhode Island pasture-raised and grass-fed meat producer committed to humane, regenerative farming and local food systems. The associate supports accurate, timely order fulfillment for the farm store, home delivery, local pickup, and nationwide shipping. The work includes handling perishable products in refrigerated and freezer environments while following food safety, inventory, and fulfillment procedures.

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders
• follow food safety and temperature-control standards
• stage orders for pickup, delivery, and shipping
• prepare shipping documentation and packaging
• maintain clean fulfillment areas
• follow inventory rotation and lot-tracking procedures
• assist with inventory counts
• support weekly deliveries, supply pickups, or occasional farm errands
• assist with light farm chores as needed
• support customer pickups and report order or inventory issues.
