What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects with current or emerging major-gift potential
• develop cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and upgrade strategies
• conduct donor meetings and strategic outreach
• identify and qualify prospective donors
• maintain donor records, portfolio reporting, and fundraising projections
• support Women's Philanthropy strategy, programs, events, and leadership opportunities
• collaborate with volunteer leaders and colleagues across fundraising teams.
