The RN is accountable for planning and delivering safe emergency care using the Nursing Process and applicable nursing standards. The role also includes clinical judgment, delegation, and supervision of assigned personnel to support patient care priorities.

What you'll do

• Provide Emergency Department patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• anticipate and plan safe care delivery
• maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• delegate care priorities based on staff education and experience
• direct and supervise assigned personnel. Must be willing to float.
