What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for roofing materials, labor, and associated costs
• analyze specifications and provide client cost breakdowns
• price new installations, repairs, and replacements
• evaluate material costs, labor rates, and overhead
• communicate with clients to verify project details and explain estimates
• coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers
• seek material pricing from vendors
• help resolve estimate-to-execution discrepancies
• prepare reports and project documentation
• maintain estimate, contract, and change-order records
• ensure estimates comply with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and client budgets.
