What you'll do

• Provide non-medical, nonjudgmental support and guidance to hospice patients and families
• collaborate with caregivers and the interdisciplinary group
• offer education and research services
• assist with arrangements, logistics, life review, legacy work, and final disposition planning
• provide companionship and vigil
• support families after a death, including grief support and notifications
• maintain service records.
