Homecare Hiring Coordinator

The Homecare Hiring Coordinator role is onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with pay of $22–$25 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week. The coordinator supports Guardian Angel Senior Services, a home care agency serving residents of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The coordinator manages employment advertising, candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and new-hire orientation. The role works with the scheduling team to align hiring activity with caregiver staffing needs and priorities.
