The Toddler Teacher (EEC Certified) role is onsite in Foxborough, MA, with pay of $22–$23 per hour. The Learning Experience’s early childhood education team uses its L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support toddler learning and development. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing classroom and plans hands-on learning experiences that encourage language, movement, independence, and social-emotional development. The role also supports daily routines and care, observes children’s milestones, communicates with families, and collaborates with teachers and center leadership.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, nurturing toddler classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• plan developmentally appropriate hands-on learning
• support language, movement, independence, and social-emotional development
• assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
• maintain routines and positive guidance
• observe development
• communicate with families
• collaborate with teachers and center leadership
• follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies.
