The Behavioral Support Specialist (BSS) role is onsite in Springfield, OR, in the Eugene area. Compensation is $21.00–$32.27 per hour, including a $1.25-per-hour differential for work in Special Needs Communities; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is also offered. Gateway Adult Residential Care provides residential support for adults with mental health, dementia, brain injury, behavioral, and aging-related needs. The BSS supports residents through trauma-informed, strengths-based care and skills training, helping them work toward individual goals and transition to a less restrictive setting. The role works as part of an interdisciplinary team and may provide support independently in the community.
