Human Systems Integration Specialist

The Human Systems Integration Specialist role is onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, with an estimated salary range of $140,000–$150,000 per year. The role supports Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics – Army (PM IS&A). The specialist applies human systems integration methods to acquisition, development, evaluation, and sustainment of military systems. By translating user needs into requirements, assessments, and design input, the role helps the program improve usability and align systems with mission and user needs.

What you'll do

• Provide HSI input to technical requirements, user stories, and interoperability exchanges
• write test plans and reports and collect test data
• conduct front-end analysis, mission/task/function analyses, and user needs research
• define architecture, workflows, and interaction needs with engineering teams
• assess usability and interpret user feedback
• conduct safety and human-error analyses
• complete job/task and training-systems analyses and designs
• support HSI across program teams.
