Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Superintendent

What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• manage and sequence MEP subcontractor work
• review drawings, specifications, and submittals
• inspect site quality, safety, and progress
• coordinate with the Project Manager and Superintendent on schedules
• resolve field conflicts between trades
• track and assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and project standards
• participate in project meetings
• assist with testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
