Licensed Pharmacist

What you'll do

• Evaluate medication orders for drug, dosage, interactions, and administration appropriateness
• ensure medications are correctly supplied and labeled
• recommend therapy changes to physicians and facility staff when necessary
• maintain customer databases including medical history and clinical and laboratory data
• investigate and resolve medication-related queries
• communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• supervise medicine preparation
• maintain controlled-drug registers and medication security
• perform on-call duties when required.
