Concrete Foreman — Commercial Construction

Compensation is $0 per year. The Concrete Foreman role is onsite in Columbia, SC, with travel throughout the Southeast required. The position supports commercial construction projects by leading concrete operations and coordinating work with project managers, engineers, and other trades. The foreman directs crews and concrete activities to help ensure work is completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget. The role also oversees quality checks, materials, daily progress reporting, and coordination across the job site.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate concrete activities on commercial construction sites
• interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• direct crew members
• ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• oversee forms, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, and curing
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
• monitor material use and order supplies
• conduct quality inspections
• document daily progress, issues, and safety incidents.
