Traveling Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Provide temporary operational leadership at assigned locations
• lead daily restaurant operations and support General Managers
• assist with openings, transitions, acquisitions, remodels, and projects
• uphold operating standards, food safety, and compliance
• manage labor, inventory, food costs, cash controls, and performance goals
• coach and mentor managers
• collaborate with Human Resources, Culinary, Finance, and Retail Operations.
