Registered Nurse, Wound Care

The role provides wound care services to patients in the assigned area. The nurse assesses, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates individualized nursing care, including skin and wound management, patient and family education, and transitions of care. The role contributes to coordinated, quality care through interdisciplinary planning and communication with patients, families, physicians, and other providers.
