What you'll do

• Administer user and system setup for Sage Intacct, Concur, Amazon Business, US Bank Credit Card, and Fluxx
• troubleshoot and answer user questions
• provide initial support and route requests to Finance staff
• collaborate on internal controls, signing authority, audit readiness, and system-administration standards
• assist with annual audit sample collection, document retention, and coordination
• create and present user training
• administer and improve the Finance team’s Asana workspace
• support annual budgeting guidance, timelines, data collection, and entry
• review and document processes and recommend or implement approved improvements.
