What you'll do

• Coordinate event logistics, booth services, shipping, registrations, hotel blocks, and catering
• maintain event calendars and liaise with organizers and vendors
• coordinate customer meetings
• manage collateral and equipment shipments
• organize the marketing warehouse and track inventory
• support purchase orders, invoices, budgets, expenses, and event records
• assist with marketing administration as needed.
