What you'll do

• Perform live music at the bedside of hospice patients in homes, facilities, or inpatient settings
• tailor selections to patient preferences, cultural background, and emotional needs
• collaborate with the hospice care team to identify patients who may benefit from music visits
• provide a calming presence to patients and families
• document and communicate visit notes as needed
• participate in volunteer orientation, training, and ongoing education
• maintain professional and compassionate boundaries.
