Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role is hybrid in Washington, DC, paying $90,000–$105,000 per year. The analyst supports Constellation’s Homeland Security team on a nationwide U.S. Customs and Border Protection program. What you'll do

• Draft, review, edit, and maintain program documentation and stakeholder communications
• review applications and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• explain program requirements and procedures to stakeholders
• research issues and prepare issue papers and briefing materials
• respond to stakeholder requests
• maintain records and trackers
• support user account provisioning and access requests
• develop presentations, reports, guidance, and templates
• coordinate with leadership and subject matter experts
• support meetings, training, and outreach as needed.
