- Own assigned Workday modules and handle configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and support. Configure Core HCM processes and business rules
- support Security, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Compensation as assigned
- lead requirements discussions
- assess downstream impacts
- develop reports and dashboards
- support EIB loads and data validation
- coordinate cross-functional changes
- lead testing and release support
- and provide documentation and end-user training.
