What you'll do

• Maintain constant surveillance and scan the pool
• enforce pool rules
• respond to emergencies and provide first aid when needed
• check pool and equipment for hazards
• attend meetings, training, in-services, and rescue drills
• maintain positive relationships
• clean the pool area.

Why this role

Current lifeguard, professional-rescuer CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid certifications are required; oxygen administration certification is preferred. The role may require substituting for shifts or working beyond an assigned shift to ensure coverage.
