The Sales Associate – Spice and Tea Retail role is onsite in Eureka Springs, AR, with pay of $11–$13 per hour. At The Spice & Tea Exchange of Northwest Arkansas, the associate supports the mission of creating and sharing the experience of a more flavorful life through in-store service and product guidance. The role helps Guests discover spices, teas, blends, salts, sugars, and related products while supporting transactions and store readiness. Product knowledge, attentive recommendations, merchandising, and upkeep contribute to an engaging shopping experience and the store’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome and engage Guests
• learn product information and answer questions about uses and recommendations
• listen to Guest needs and suggest products and complementary items
• process approved transactions using the POS system
• replenish shelves, tables, displays, and product containers
• maintain product placement, pricing, labeling, and merchandising
• clean and maintain the store
• complete required product and operational training
• assist with basic blending, packaging, and stocking as needed.
