What you'll do

• Assess computing device needs and report on the technical environment
• lead installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for PCs, Windows, Office, printers, and related software
• guide End User Computing Analysts
• develop work plans and allocate deployment resources
• ensure support requirements are met
• set and monitor team goals and processes
• maintain hardware and software stability
• support product selection and implementation
• prepare documentation for troubleshooting, training, and inventory analysis.
