What you'll do

• Review complex individual and business tax returns
• obtain client financial data
• assist audit and accounting staff with complex tax questions
• prepare tax provisions
• assist with IRS or state tax audits
• supervise workflow and coach staff and interns
• identify research and noncompliance opportunities
• assist with engagement budgeting and billing
• train staff accountants
• conduct performance appraisals.
